My background

The story behind Symplify

I spent years building automation systems for businesses that were drowning in platforms — great tools individually, useless in silos. The pattern was always the same: six to twelve subscriptions, zero connections between them, and a team doing manual copy-paste to keep the data consistent.

Most automation agencies make more money the longer your problems persist. Their retainer model depends on you staying dependent.

I wanted to build the opposite.

Symplify is built on a different premise: come in, map the gaps, build the integrations, hand over full ownership, and leave you better off than before. Fixed scope. Transparent pricing. Everything documented.
